How do I clean it every day?
Wipe with a damp cloth, then dry. On a matt finish, a mild cream cleaner can be used for marks.
Can I put a hot pan on it?
Use a trivet under hot pots, pans, grills and fryers. Solid surface is not designed to take high heat directly.
Which chemicals should I avoid?
Avoid acetone, paint stripper and oven cleaner. Do not use scouring powder on a gloss finish.
What if it gets scratched?
The colour runs through the full thickness, so light scratches and set-in marks can be sanded out and the surface looks new again. Send us a photo on LINE and we will advise.
Can I use it outdoors?
Counters and furniture are for indoor use. Outdoor use is limited to exterior wall cladding with a designed fixing system, in colours LOTTE recommends.
